How Do I Add a Contact?

Click "Contacts" on the left-hand navigation.

Click the "+ Add Contact" button.
Contact Type
Direct: this contact is directly associated with one or more entities that you can select from the full list of entities.
Third Party: this contact is from another organization that is associated with one or more entities. The system will show a text box for you to enter the name of the third party organization (ie. you might want to track the name of the Lawyer/Law Firm your client uses. Add them as a third party contact and connect them with the client entity they are associated with to share this knowledge with your team)
Enter the contact’s first and last name.
Enter at least one phone number.
Enter at least one email address.
Select if they prefer to be contacted by phone or email (optional).
Enter their date of birth (optional).
Enter their job title (optional).
Enter their LinkedIn URL (optional).
Save your changes.

All contacts when creating an entity will also be listed on your master list of contacts.
